Where can I buy the Kruzi Stroller?

Kruzi is currently available to test and purchase at our retail partner store, Babyzone Midland in Western Australia. However you can also purchase risk-free via our website, with free shipping and free returns.

When will I receive my Kruzi Stroller?

We offer free express shipping on all orders, with next day dispatch from our Perth warehouse. Depending on where you live in Australia, this means you should receive your order within 2-5 working days.

What is the warranty period?

We offer a two-year warranty from date of purchase. Warranty requests are managed through our office in Perth. If you’re unsure on how to lodge a warranty request, contact us via info@kruzistroller.com.

What accessories are included and available for purchase?

The stroller comes with everything shown on the website, including the detachable tray table. We don’t currently have extras available for purchase however we hope to have some handy additional accessories available soon.

What are the age recommendations for the Kruzi Stroller?

The Kruzi Stroller is recommended for children aged from around 6 months as a stroller/highchair. The maximum weight restriction is 20kg.

How does the highchair feature work?

The child can be raised up and down while seated via a lever mechanism located under the seat. It has been designed to lift to suit standard table height. The backrest can also be adjusted to an upright position for eating.

How much does the Kruzi Stroller weigh?

The stroller is lightweight at 8.5kg and comes with a built-in carry handle for easier lifting. It is perfect for travel as both a portable stroller and highchair in one.

Eating can be messy. Is the Kruzi Stroller easy to clean?

All seat fabrics can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. Seat fabrics can also be removed and are machine washable. Care instructions are included on the fabric labels.

Does the product comply with safety standards?

The Kruzi Stroller has passed Australian and New Zealand safety standards for prams and strollers – AS/NZS2088:2013.
